How we fell in love with coffee and decided to bring it home to India
Why We Started
In 2024, we noticed something broken in India's coffee market. Café chains served mediocre espresso. Instant coffee dominated homes. The good stuff was hidden behind expensive imports or café markups. So we asked: what if we roasted world-class coffee right here in Delhi?
We spent months visiting coffee estates in Ethiopia, Colombia, India's own Western Ghats, and beyond. We learned that amazing coffee wasn't about mystery—it was about transparency, respect for farmers, and proper roasting. We came back determined.
Our Philosophy
